Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern the Bee Mine Products, Inc. dba Bee Mine Organics relationship with you in relation to this website.

All orders are online only. Please confirm all the items you have selected are correct before placing your order. Items cannot be added or deleted from your order after you have submitted your order. All sales are final due to the nature of our business. A PayPal account is not required to place an order.

The billing and/or shipping address you enter online is the exact address that will be used for both. Please make sure your shipping or billing information is correct prior to submitting your order. Changes cannot be made after the order is submitted.

With USPS as your carrier, you accept the following: I acknowledge that with United States Postal Service (USPS), that if I don't add insurance to my order that the service and tracking system with this that I am doing so at my own risk. If my package is lost, stolen or damaged, I am held responsible and relinquish all responsibilities to Bee Mine Products, Inc. (Read FAQs for more information.) We recommend you select the insurance option when you are purchasing your items. Insuring your products is a small amount to pay to safeguard your nourishing items. The first $50 in insurance is free and provided by the USPS.

Bee Mine Products does everything possible to send products out within two business days of a valid order. However, allow up to 7 - 10 business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays - Bee Mine observes all national holidays) turnaround time because we receive all of our items in raw good form and make all products by hand just for you from organic ingredients to provide it to you in the jars with the labels, seals and boxes. During our busiest time which is Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday, Mother's Day and 4th of July time we ask that you give us possibly 10 - 14 business days (Monday - Friday not including holidays) to processing your order due to the high volume of sales.  Thank you for allowing us to serve you and offer you our nourishing handcrafted hair products made with care and attention to your hair needs.

Also, by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you understand that which ever Shipping Option you choose.  That first we have to process your order.  The next step is ship your order.  Once we have your order together (could possibly take 7 - 14 Business Days depending if it's a sale).  Your order will ship then.  You will receive a notification that your item is being shipped.  Please allow 24 hours for tracking to show movement.

All Sales are final please note we do not accept orders back for refund nor exchanges due to the nature of our business.
